Tennis Lessons
September 9 – December 23. A progressive pathway for ages 5–18, indoors and year-round in Kingston. Every player is placed by the POINT Method — so your child trains at the level that actually moves them forward.
Your child won’t get ten corrections.

Most junior instruction hands kids a list of fixes and hopes something sticks. The POINT Method works the other way — we find the single constraint holding a player back, build the change until it holds under pressure, then take it into match play. It’s the same system behind every program at Break Point, from Red Ball to varsity.

Players move up when they’re ready, not when the calendar says so. Court size, ball compression, and tactics all scale with them.
Fundamentals, coordination, and confidence through games using smaller courts and low-compression red balls.
Stroke refinement, rallying skills, and match play fundamentals for Red Ball graduates or new players ages 8–10.
Rally consistency, shot placement, and baseline-to-net transitions bridging players toward standard tennis.
Technical improvement, footwork, conditioning, and match strategy through intensive drills and structured point play.
Advanced tactics, mental toughness, and competitive readiness — preparing athletes for school seasons and tournaments.
Register for the full semester to hold your child’s spot in a set class through December 23, or pay per class if your schedule won’t commit that far ahead. Semester players keep the same coach, the same group, and the same court time every week — which is where the real progress comes from.

Grade ranges overlap on purpose — a 4th grader could belong in Orange or Green depending on where they are. Email us your child’s grade and how long they’ve been playing, and we’ll tell you exactly which class to register for.
We place every junior ourselves. If a player turns out to be in the wrong group once the semester starts, we move them — no charge, no hassle.
