Post an open reservation and let other members find you, or browse current open matches and jump in — all from the CourtReserve app or the calendar below.
Open CourtReserve →Start a court reservation, check "Is Open Reservation," set your preferences, and post it. Other members can find and join your booking.
Browse open reservations in the Player Match Maker menu or look for "Open" slots on the calendar. Hit Join Group to secure your spot.
Once a reservation is full it's automatically confirmed for all players. You'll receive email updates at every step.
Begin a court reservation for Singles or Doubles as you normally would. At the bottom of the booking form, check the box labeled "Is Open Reservation." This unlocks the preferences panel for the next step.
The Open Reservation Criteria panel appears. Set your match type, eligible NTRP ratings (optional), min/max players, and add a note about what to expect. Click Save — you'll get a confirmation email, and another each time someone joins.
Open the Player Match Maker section in CourtReserve to see all available open matches. Filter by date, time, NTRP rating, or match type. When you find the right game, click Join Group to secure your spot before it expires.
Open reservations appear on the court booking calendar with a green "OPEN" badge. Click Details on any open slot to see match info, then press Join Group to sign up. You'll receive a confirmation email once joined.
