Beginner

Beginner Tennis Program

Build confidence • Improve fundamentals • Learn to rally

This program is designed for adults who have a basic understanding of tennis but want to improve their skills and gain more confidence on the court. This program focuses on refining fundamental techniques such as forehand, backhand, volleys, and serves. Participants will engage in structured drills and practice sessions that emphasize consistency, footwork, and rallying. The program also introduces basic game strategies and scoring, allowing players to start participating in friendly matches and social tennis events.

Intermediate

Intermediate Tennis Program

Shot placement • Spin control • Match strategy

This is for adults who have a solid foundation in tennis and are looking to elevate their game to the next level. This program offers a comprehensive approach to skill development, focusing on advanced stroke techniques, spin control, and shot placement. Participants will work on improving their match play strategies, including positioning, court coverage, and tactical decision-making. Through a combination of drills, practice matches, and fitness conditioning, players will enhance their overall performance and prepare for more competitive play.

Advanced

Advanced Tennis Program

High intensity • Competitive play • Mental and physical edge

This is tailored for experienced adult players who are committed to honing their skills and competing at a higher level. This program emphasizes high-level technical and tactical training, including advanced strokes, footwork patterns, and match strategies. Participants will engage in intensive drills, match simulations, and competitive play to sharpen their game. The program also focuses on mental toughness, physical conditioning, and injury prevention, ensuring that players are well-prepared for league play, tournaments, and other competitive events.

Policies

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes are offered, but not guaranteed. Must be done in current session.

You must call at least 48 hours in advance with name, day, time and consideration will be given.

Closings and Weather

We do not follow the school closing policy in terms of holidays or snow cancellations.

If the club does close for inclement weather or other reasons, all participants will be notified via email.

Viewing Area

Players who are not actively participating on the game are required to observe from the designated viewing area rather than sitting on the court.
